What to bring with you.
We have 4 double cabins on board so space is not limited, however guests are requested not to bring an excessive amount of luggage.
We recommend each person should bring with them:

Our Catamaran
Farways is a Fountaine Pajot Athena 38 catamaran. Catamarans provide a safe stable platform to enjoy cruising, with a large deck and trampoline providing ample sunbathing space. A generous amount of seating with fantastic views to be enjoyed both inside and out of the catamaran.
She meets all of the strict requirements to operate commercially from Jersey with a maximum of 10 passengers and 2 crew.
Safety
Our vessel has been inspected and fully complies with the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) requirements for a vessel to operate up to 20nm from a safe haven, in favourable weather conditions.
Prior to leaving the harbour the skipper will provide all of the guests with a full safety briefing and the coastguard will be informed of the passage plan for the day.
We have lifejackets for every guest and spares, it is a requirement that every customer must wear their lifejacket when at sea and out on deck. Our skipper has been trained in first aid and there is an extensive first aid kit onboard.
Special needs and health issues
If you or any member of your party has any special needs or health issues please contact us before your trip to ensure that we can fully cater for your needs.
Children, babies, pets
We welcome children on board, our lifejackets are fully adjustable and will fit most people. Please let us know how many children you have in your party as we only have a limited number of children's lifejackets but can source additional lifejackets if required.
Children's lifejackets aboard are designed for children between 20 - 50kg (3st2lb - 7st12lb) and 66 -86cm chest.
Due to customs regulations we regret that we are unable to take any pets on board.

- Swimming costume and towel (For all day and private charter tours)
- Sunglasses and hat – even on a cloudy day (we have a few spare sun hats aboard)
- Sun cream
- Warm clothes, layers work best, particularly outside of the summer months. It is often a few degrees cooler at sea. (we do have blankets aboard)
- Waterproof coat (we do have some spare coats aboard)
- Camera
- Non marking deck shoes
- Picnic - we can arrange this when you book
- Drinks - we can arrange this when you book

- Refunds are not possible if you cancel less than 7 working days before your charter trip.
- Cancellations must be in writing either postal/email.
- Bookings cannot be confirmed until we have received payment in full, customer details and have checked date availability.
- Cancellations by Coxshall Jersey Yachting – We reserve the right to cancel a charter trip if viable numbers are not reached, weather conditions are adverse or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot offer a suitable alternative date or charter trip then a full refund will be given.
- Coxshall Jersey Yachting cannot be held responsible for personal belongings and equipment
- Please arrive on time for your charter trip, we cannot wait for late arrivals as this has an impact on other customers and will result in you loosing your place and will not be refunded.
- Insurance – we have 3rd party liability insurance, you may wish to take out your own insurance policy
Meeting Point
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before our scheduled departure time.
Our meeting point is on the Albert Pier, St Helier. Just next to the RNLI station, there is a ramp down to a pontoon and we will be moored alongside here. For SatNav the postcode for this area is JE1 1HB.
